Maharashtra: When a Police Havildar from Satara donated generously to CM Fund

He is popular. He connects well with youth. This Police Havildar from Satara City Traffic Police Branch is a large-hearted man who has donated Rs 11,000 to the Chief Minister Fund to fight against the coronavirus pandemic. Sanjay Sabale is the most feared and discipline-lover police personnel in Satara. 

Sabale, on the occasion of his marriage anniversary, handed over the cheque of amount Rs 11,000 at the District Collector office. His close family members accompanied him. 

Sabale came into the news a few years before when he issued a traffic challan to Bollywood Actor Amir Khan for violation of traffic rules. He is popular on social media platform TikTok with a huge fan base comprising of youth. 

The police personnel is known to get into verbal duels with the youngsters. He believes the youth is the pillar of our country, and they should be the most disciplined. 

"They should not honk unnecessarily and should follow all traffic rules. I stop them, appeal to them to follow the rules and sometimes get into heated arguments with them. But that doesn't make me sad," Sabale says.
