Researched by Patanjali Research Institute with clinical trials conducted at NIMS University, Jaipur, the anti-coronavirus tablet was launched by Baba Ramdev on Tuesday.

Patanjali has reportedly tested Coronil on several coronavirus patients and they have shown 100 per cent recovery. The ayurvedic medicine is a combination of Ashwagandha, Giloy and Tulsi.  The ayurvedic company claims, after consuming Coronil, COVID-19 patients only take 5 to 14 days to recover completely.

According to ANI, the company said, “We appointed a team of scientists after COVID-19 outbreak. Then, we conducted a clinical case study on hundreds of positive patients and we have got 100 per cent favourable results."

Baba Ramdev at the launch of the vaccine in Haridwar said, “We’ve made the first Ayurvedic-clinically controlled, evidence and trial based medicine for the coronavirus. We conducted a clinical study and clinical trial and found 69 per cent recovered in three days and 100 per cent of patients recovered in seven days.”

The therapy suggested by Pantanjali is appropriate for adults stretching between 15-80 of age whereas children are advised to take half the dose set for adults. Further, Patanjali requested people to practice Yoga daily in order to stay protected from the contagion and to increase the immune system. Apart from boosting the pulmonary system, these Ayurvedic medicines reinforce the human physiology to encounter the coronavirus infection, Patanjali claims.
