Just a year ago, Sandeep Kulkarni (name changed for privacy) was living what many would call a dream life. With a stable job in a reputed IT firm and a monthly salary of ₹1.25 lakh, he provided his family with comfort and security. His two daughters, bright and ambitious, were his pride and joy. He dreamed of sending them to the best schools and giving them every opportunity he never had.

But fate had other plans. A devastating road accident left Sandeep with serious injuries and a long, uncertain recovery. The medical bills piled up, and despite his best efforts, he lost his job. The family’s savings quickly dwindled, and the future looked bleak.

With mounting responsibilities and his daughters’ education at stake, Sandeep refused to give in to despair. After months of rehabilitation, he searched for any job that would help him support his family. That’s when he found an opportunity with Zomato as a delivery rider.

The work was tough long hours, unpredictable weather, and the physical strain of riding across Pune’s busy streets. But Sandeep saw it as a lifeline. “I may have lost my old job, but I haven’t lost my hope,” he says. “My girls still look up to me, and I want them to know their father will do anything for their dreams.”

Through every challenge, Sandeep’s faith remained his anchor. He credits his spiritual beliefs and the teachings of his guru for giving him the strength to persevere. “When everything seemed lost, I turned to my faith. I believe that God has a plan for us, and as long as I work honestly, things will get better.”

He often visits local temples before starting his shift, offering prayers for his daughters’ future. His story has touched many hearts in his neighborhood, with people offering words of encouragement and support.

Sandeep’s journey is not just about hardship,it’s about resilience, love, and the power of never giving up. His daughters, inspired by their father’s determination, continue to excel in their studies. “My father is my hero,” says his elder daughter. “He taught us that no matter what happens, we must keep moving forward."
