Pune: A 15-year-old girl allegedly committed suicide after being harassed by a neighbour in Kasturba Vasahat, University Road, on Tuesday. Based on a complaint from deceased Neha’s mother Saraswati Chaudhari, the Chatuhshrungi police registered an FIR against Rishikesh Raju Sartape (22.
 
According to the police, Sartape is an electrician and he had been sending messages and calling up Neha for the last five months. He also used to come to meet her. Fed up of his harassment, she allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself at her house. The police have charged the accused with offences under various sections of IPC.
