8 VPSEMS students bag State govt scholarships

Pune: Eight students from Vidya Pratishthan’s Someshwar English Medium School (VPSEMS) have received a scholarship in Pre-secondary and Higher primary sections this year.

The eligible students for this scholarship are Sai Bhosale from Std V (secured 226 marks). From Std VIII  Shambhuraje Chavan (164), Sanjana Shinde (170), Hrishikesh Jedhe (220), Mayuresh Dongare (156), Sakshi Sangale (164), Durvank Jagtap (164) and Rutuja Waghmare (166) were selected. Hrishikesh secured 27th rank at the district level.

Some of the students appeared for MTSE exam for the academic year 2017-18 and in this exam, the students from this school came out with flying colours. Hrishikesh Jedhe (3rd rank district level), Aishwarya Kakade (122/ 200), Harshad Bhagwan (133/ 200), and Prasad Gaikwad (122/ 200) had received district and taluka level prizes.

Principal Sachin Pathak congratulated all the successful students for their hard work and praised the teachers for the guidance provided to them.
