ASM Group hosts INCON 2019

PIMPRI: ASM Group of Institutes, Chinchwad, organised a two-day INCON 2019 (International Conference on Ongoing Research on Management and IT), recently.

The guests for the inauguration function were Dr Bhimaraya Metri, Dr Kamal Jain,  Dr Serguiusz Pukas, Dr Deepak Shikarpur, Dr EB Khedkar, Maria Escabos, Rahul Jain,  Dr Asha Pachpande and Dr Sandeep Pachpande.

Dr Sandeep Pachpande, Chairman ASM Group of Institutes, welcomed the guests and participants.

The chief guest for the valedictory session was Shandilya Oza of Tata Communication Transformation.

Prof Margherita Mori, University of L’Aquila, Italy, Paulina Krystosiak (Polish Academy, Poland), Dr Sandeep Pachpande, Dr Asha Pachpande, Prof Arias from Mexico, Dr Satish Pawar and Prof Bhushan Pednekar were also present.

A panel discussion was conducted on ongoing research in management, IT and innovation. The participates were Dr Firdos Shroff, Professor and motivational coach and Prof Praveen Rajpal, coach, author and Founder of Innovation Next. Books were also released on the occasion. They included ‘Sougandhika’ by Dr Firdos Shroff, ‘Business Research Methods’ by Dr Asita Ghewari, Dr Satish Pawar and Dr Asha Pachpande,’Cases on Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Organizational Behaviour’ by Prof Bhushan Pednekar and Prof Rutuja Pednekar, ‘Compensation Management and Derivatives’ by Dr Arun Pardhi and ‘IT Management and Cyber Laws’ by Prof Hidayat Pirjade and Prof Swati Jadhav.

Dr PD Jose, Professor and Chair Person of IIMBX, and Dr Mahadeo Jaiswal, Director, IIM, Sambalpur, also spoke.
