The jatra was inaugurated by Mayor Mukta Tilak, Police Commissioner Rashmi Shukla and Sunanda Pawar, besides others. There are 310 stalls including organic farming and women self-help group stalls. Mukta Tilak said, "Year after year, due to such festivals, our culture becomes rich and healthy. By organising such festivals, we not only grow values within us, but also foreigners learn a lot from here. The jatra always has some or the other attractions for its visitors and visitors learn something new and creative from it."
