CAP fifth round to begin on August 10

ST CORRESPONDENT

Pune: As a large number of students were yet to take admissions for Std XI under the online Centralised Admission Process (CAP) at the end of the third and second last round, the committee monitoring the CAP has decided to have an extra fifth round of admissions from August 10 to 12.

This decision has been taken so that all students get extra time and opportunity to take admission in the colleges allotted to them.

At the end of the third round, 29,560 students still hadn’t taken admission.

In all, 41,086 seats in the colleges in the city were still vacant.
