CAP merit list: 1,957 students opt for bifocal

ST CORRESPONDENT

Pune: With the release of merit list and the subsequent first round of admissions for the students opting for bifocal, a total of 1,957 students have taken admissions in the stream for Std XI (FYJC). The students, who weren’t allotted colleges or haven’t taken admissions, can now make changes to their preference list for the second merit list by Monday.

This year, the admissions under online Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for Std XI began with special rounds for the students opting for bifocal stream. The number of seats available under the stream (Science and Commerce) is 8,495.

To alter the preference list, the students can visit  www.pune.11thadmission.net and log in through their given login ID. After they open the form to change the preference, the students should not click on the ‘print’ option before making the changes, else the preference list they had during the first round will be finalised by the system and locked.

Those who have not filled Part 2 of the forms or even those who have not filled the forms at all too have another chance to fill the forms now.
