Car driver robbed of car, cash, mobile

Pune : A car driver was allegedly robbed of his car, mobile and cash worth Rs 3.06 lakh on August 13 by three unidentified persons.

A case of robbery is lodged at Chandan Nagar police station. As per the police, the complainant Deepak Chavan stated that three persons hired his cab from Kharadi. The incident occurred between 8.45 pm and 10.30 pm.

After entering the cab, the accused asked Deepak to sit on the rear seat and one of them started driving. The three accused then snatched Deepak’s mobile phone and cash and fled away with the car. Deepak was abandoned by the accused in Ranjangaon. Deepak approached the Chandan Nagar police and lodged a case.
