City fitness institute ties up with Cooper Institute, USA

PUNE: City-based FitIndo, an institute for physical fitness test and assessment for kids, students and adults has aligned with the famous Cooper Institute, USA.

FitIndo Founder and Managing Director Sandip Chogtu, Co-founder Rahul Pendse, Director Tejaswini Chogtu and Women Entrepreneurs Incubation Centre Founder Sarika Deshmukh were present during the announcement at a press conference.

The Cooper Institute was founded in 1970 by Dr Kenneth H Cooper with a simple vision to prove that ‘exercise is medicine’. 

Researchers from The Cooper Institute have published over 700 studies showing how fitness can lower mortality, reduce or prevent chronic conditions and improve overall quality of life. 

FitIndo Founder and Managing Director Sandip Chogtu said, “Our  vision  is  to make India Fit by creating a complete fitness environment as an an integral habit and part of one’s daily routine.”
