PUNE: The Chief Minister Secretariat’s Desk, which began its operation at Pune Divisional Commissioner’s Office from January 20, received 479 applications till February 20.

Out of these, 108 applications were sent to the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) in Mumbai, while 371 applications are being resolved at the divisional commissioner’s office in Pune.

Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray had announced during the State Assembly’s winter session in Nagpur that the public should get access to the secretariat on a district-level across the State.

Now, officials at the Pune divisional commissioner’s office said that the division has received a number of applications from citizens who mentioned that their applications be sent to the CMO in Mumbai.

“All issues of 371 applications have not been solved yet as most of them are under review,” officials said.
