Household utensils distributed to 300 needy widows

PUNE: At a function jointly organised by the Sudeeksha Foundation and the Tejovalay Foundation, households utensils were distributed to 300 needy widows.

The utensils were donated by Anita Agrawal and her family, the owners of Stahl Company. Kavita Kaushik, the quality head of Cummins India Ltd, was the chief guest of the programme. Kaushik and writer Geeta Bora interacted with the widows.

Kiran Gaherwar, Founder and President of Tejovalay Foundation, made the introductory speech while Uma Viswanathan, Founder and President of Sudeeksha Foundation, introduced the guests: Anita Agrawal, Dhruv Agrawal and FPA association head Pravin Sonawane. Mahadeo Pawar and Shrikant Barate were also present. 

Jitendra Salunkhe presented a vote of thanks, particularly Sandeep Khirsager of Cummins India CSR team, Swapnil Dudhane and Sachin Barate.
