Individual exercises and walks were allowed in the park during lockdown 5.0. However, the senior citizens were denied permission to enter the parks.

The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation Commissioner Shravan Hardikar, spoke to Sakal Times saying, "The decision is to close the parks again for lockdown 6.0. Individual exercise and jogging have will also not be permitted for the next ten days, at least considering the current COVID-19 spread."
