MahaMetro opens admin office at Phule Museum

PUNE: For its smooth functioning, MahaMetro will operate from its new office located in the premises of Mahatma Phule Museum at Ghole Road. The inauguration of this administrative office was done by District Guardian Minister Girish Bapat on Saturday. Dr Brijesh Dixit, Managing Director, Ramnath Subramanyam, Executive Director, Consultant Shashikant Limaye and other office-bearers of MahaMetro were present.

Bapat said, “The Metro project in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad is not only an important project for Pune city but also for the State. With this new development and with our collective work, we will step towards the success of MahaMetro. Projects like Metro, ring road and national highway are very important for the future of Pune. Thus, it is our prime responsibility to ensure timely completion of the Metro project. Along with this, the new administrative MahaMetro office will be convenient for all, being located in the central part of the city. We will be delighted to witness that soon, Puneites will be able to travel through the Metro and we are excited about it.”
