Man killed in accident on Pune-Mumbai E-way

PUNE: The driver of a milk tanker was killed after the vehicle met with an accident near the Amrutanjan Bridge in Borghat on the Pune-Mumbai Expressway, on Tuesday. 

The tanker was going towards Mumbai when it collided with a pole near the sharp turn as the driver lost control over the wheels.

The front portion of the speeding tanker was badly damaged in the accident. The driver whose identity is yet to be ascertained died on the spot. 

The accident had led to the traffic jam for some time on the lane towards Mumbai.
