On Saturday, Dakshin Maharashtra Sub Area (DMSA) enhanced the facilities available at DMSA canteen in Camp by opening an udChalo air ticket booking counter.  This will be the third air ticket booking counter in Pune after the other two in Command Canteen and College of Military Engineering (CME), Dapodi.

The counter was inaugurated by General Officer Commanding, DMSA, Major General Prithi Singh in a modest opening ceremony. The event was attended by senior management of udChalo representatives, various airline partners of udChalo as well as officers, Junior Commissioned Officers / Other Ranks and ex-servicemen from Indian Armed Forces.

The counter would provide a one-stop solution to all military personnel planning to undertake the journey by flight, besides providing employment opportunity to ex-servicemen and dependents.
