P Jog College celebrates Plantation Day

Pune: The Jog Education Trust’s P Jog College of Science and Commerce, in association with Green Thumbs, celebrated the Plantation Day at Khadakwasla. The event was led by the trust chairperson Surekha Jog on the occasion of the State government’s Vanmahotsav (forest festival), during which four crore saplings will be planted across the State. Trust deputy chairman Amol Jog inaugurated the function by planting a sapling.

Trust’s creative marketing director Shubhada Jog, member Jasmin Jog and secretary Pushkar Jog played a key role in making the event a success. Jaymala Purandare organised the event.

The college principal, teachers, non-teaching staff and students participated in the drive.
