The organisation submitted a memorandum to PMC Commissioner Naval Kishore Ram, urging the civic administration to publicly disclose the findings of the investigation. It has sought clarity on whether any personal information was compromised and what action has been taken under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

According to the organisation, PMC maintains a vast database containing property tax records, birth and death registrations, and other sensitive civic information. It argued that the incident is not merely a case of theft but a serious issue involving citizens' right to privacy and data security.

District President Dinesh Bhilare said the administration should release the cyber forensic report, data recovery findings, and details of action taken against any officials or contractors found responsible. He also called for independent cybersecurity and database security audits across all PMC departments to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Provincial Co-ordinator Ravindra Bhandwalkar, City Guardian Girish Kakade, City President Tejas Pabale, Milind Tikone, Yadav Pujari, Vinayak Randive and Yogesh Wadekar were present during the submission of the memorandum.
