PMRDA’s regional office comes up at Wagholi

PUNE: District Guardian Minister Girish Bapat inaugurated the new regional office of Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) in Wagholi, on Saturday. 

The PMRDA plans to set up three more offices soon in the areas that comprise nine talukas, which have been included in the PMRDA jurisdiction. Now, people from Haveli and Shirur talukas will not have to travel to PMRDA main office in Aundh. 

Bapat said, “This office is for facilitating the work of citizens. We aim to reduce people’s grievances through PMRDA regional office.” 

Shirur MLA Baburao Pacharne, Sarpanch Vasundhara Ubale, former ZP member Rambhau Dabhade, BJP Taluka President Rohidas Udre, and others were present at the occasion.
