The noise level of firecrackers should not surpass 124 decibels, and the manufacturing, selling, or usage of chain crackers exceeding 100 units is forbidden. Furthermore, firecrackers are prohibited within 100 meters of sensitive areas like schools, hospitals, and court premises to maintain peace and safety.
