Pune: All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society’s (AISSMS) Group of Institutes, Pune, in collaboration with District Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Centre, Government of Maharashtra, and Softzeal Technology Pvt Ltd had organised Pune’s biggest job fair on July 20, at All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society.
“The event was inaugurated by Malojiraje Chhatrapati, Secretary, AISSMS, in the presence of Sharad Angne, Deputy Divisional Director, and Anupama Pawar, Assistant Director from District Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship, Government of Maharashtra, and Daulat Bafna, Director, Softzeal Technology Pvt Ltd,” said Suresh Shinde, Joint Secretary, AISSMS.
Chhatrapati addressed the gathering and talked about educational and social welfare organisations established by Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj. With his same vision, the society will look forward to organise many more such events in the AISSMS campus.
Pawar expressed her gratitude for the huge infrastructure and manpower provid ed by AISSMS Group of Institutes along with great teamwork.
Angne emphasised on the need for development of hard skills and soft skills in respective disciplines to create good opportunities for students’ successful careers.
Bafna guided present candidates to learn about the skills required for different profiles and get the best possible job from this mega job fair.
The inaugural function concluded with the vote of thanks by Dr Abhijit Mancharkar, Director, AISSMS Institute of Management. He extended his gratitude towards Chhatrapati for his vision, constant support and encouragement. Dr Mancharkar also thanked District Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Centre, Government of Maharashtra, and Softzeal Technology Pvt Ltd for their contribution and support for this mega event.
At this job fair, 147 reputed companies participated along with 26,800 candidate registrations.
