Railway to ply Hussain Sagar Express up to CSMT, Mumbai

PUNE: The Central Railway will ply Hussain Sagar Express up to CSMT, Mumbai to clear the extra rush of passengers during Mahaparinirvan Divas.

Giving details about the same, Pune Railway Division Spokesperson Manoj Jhawar said, “Train number 12702 Hyderabad-Mumbai will run up to CSMT Mumbai till December 8. Similarly, train number 12701 Mumbai-Hyderabad will run up to CSMT from December 4 to 8.”

Railways will run six weekly superfast/special trains between Pune and Jhansi to clear the extra rush of passengers. 

Train number 04187 Superfast Special will leave Pune at 3.15 pm every Thursday from January 2 to 16, 2020 and arrive in Jhansi at 9 am the next day. Train number 04188 Special will leave Jhansi at 10.20 am every Wednesday from January 1 to 15, 2020 and arrive Pune at 9.20 am the next day.

The train will halt at Ahmednagar, Kopargaon, Manmad, Bhusaval, Harda, Itarsi, Bhopal, Vidisha, Ganj Basoda, Bina, Lalitpur and Babina. The train will have one AC-2 tier, two AC-3 tiers 4 sleeper class and 8 general second class compartments.

The Railways will run a special train from Pune to Ballarshah (one side) on January 5. Train number 01299 will leave Pune at 2.15 pm and arrive at Ballarshah at 12.40 pm.
