PUNE: The Sakal Vastu Expo organised by Sakal Media group was inaugurated on Saturday at The Orchid Hotel in Mahalunge. It was inaugurated by Senior General Manager of Sakal Media Group Shailesh Patil.
This two-day long expo has more than 125 housing projects from 25 real estate builders in and around Pune.
The properties that were part of this expo were mostly located at Baner, Balewadi, Hinjawadi, Wakad, Pashan-Sus Road, Pimpri-Chinchwad etc among others.
On Saturday, the expo received good response from the customers looking for affordable houses and luxurious houses with information on facilities, amenities, location, ambience and other neccessities being providied on the spot.
The budget range of the properties that were part of the Sakal Vastu Expo started from Rs 15 lakh and above and also has non-agriculture plots was also available.
Aniket Chhatre, IT professional and a resident of Wakad, said, “I am looking for a property from investment perspective and I have been to this expo before as well. This expo is really good and has variety options available from all corners of Pune which caters to everyone’s need.”
Kapil Jadhav, a techie who was also looking for a residential property, said, “This expo has variety of option from all over the city and it is explained well to the buyers which is a good thing.”
Gunjan Goel, Director of Goel Ganga Developments, said they have recieved a good response for their properties in upcoming areas like Baner and Bavdhan. Goel hoped the expo will help in reaching more customers.
“This year, many customers have asked us about commercial projects to be set up while there were a sizeable number of buyers enquiring about residential projects as well,” said Pratik Ghogle, Marketing Manager at Kohinoor Group.
