Southern Army Commander thanks Maha CM for support

Pune: Southern Command GOC-in-Chief Lt General PM Hariz met Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Friday to discuss some security related aspects in view of the forthcoming Independence Day.

During the meeting, Lt Gen Hariz thanked the Chief Minister for his constant support to the Armed Forces in the State. The two also discussed some land and veteran support issues.

Hariz also assured the State government of the Army’s continued commitment towards the people of Maharashtra at all times.
