Survey of innovation ecosystem in schools

ST CORRESPONDENT

PUNE: Atal Innovation Mission is conducting a nationwide survey to study the innovation ecosystem in Indian schools and how policy makers can do better to identify young innovators in the country.

The survey aims to understand how innovation works in Indian schools. All the questions in the survey are designed to understand this phenomenon. The survey is also an opportunity for the schools to nominate students for the inaugural ‘Young Innovator of India Award’ sponsored by the professors of Harvard Business School.

The survey is meant to be completed by the senior administrator at the schools responsible for innovation. If the school is with an Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL), then the survey must be completed by the ATL in charge. If the school does not have an ATL, it can be completed by the principal, senior administrator, or teacher who is responsible for fostering innovation in young people at the school.

The survey have been requested to be completed by February 28 online at https://hbs.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_brzORnDfP6leyIR
