Teen attacked on SB Road

Pune: A 17-year-old youth was attacked with choppers over an old rivalry on Senapati Bapat Road by a group of five on Monday. A case was registered at Chatushrungi police station on Thursday by the victim.

The complaint was filed by Ritesh Nimhan, a resident of Pashan, who was attacked with sharp weapons at a spot near Firodia Garden on Senapati Bapat Road.

According to the police, Nimhan was having coffee with his friends when the five assailants attacked him with choppers. The police have registered a case of assault against the five accused.
