Three booked for trying to dupe youth

Pune: Three members of Nisargopchar Ayurvedic Bahuuddeshiy Shikshan Sanstha, Aurangabad, booked for trying to dupe a youth by assuring him that he will get a doctor’s degree for Rs 10,000. 

Abhishek Haridas (36) of Kothrud lodged the complaint in this regard. Accordingly, Kothrud police have booked founder president of the sanstha Dr Machhindra Agwan, and Dr Ratnaparkhi and Dr Vishwajit Chavan, for offences under sections 419 (impersonation), 420 (cheating), 511 (attempt to commit crime), 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code. As per the complaint, the accused persons set up a website and have been trying to dupe people.
