PUNE: Mahindra Accelo in collaboration with several corporates conducted a tree plantation drive in Shivajinagar as a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme on Sunday. 

Commissioner of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), Saurabh Rao, Divisional Railway Manager Milind Deouskar, Additional Divisional Railway Manager Prafulla Chandra, Director of Radisson Blu Pune Hinjawadi Sanjay Saxena, President of Kayastha Parivar Suneel Kamthan and Chief of Commercial Mahindra Accelo Diwakar Srivastava were also present.During the drive, the guests along with the organisers pledged to plant 1,000 saplings. The drive also gave participants an opportunity to adopt a sapling.

Mahindra Accelo, a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, has other CSR programmes on education, environment and health as well, like Mahindra Hariyali, Nanhi Kali etc.
