Pune: Two women have been booked by the Khadak police for allegedly roughing up a lady police constable inside the premises of Kashewadi Police Chowki under Khadak police station on Sunday. The accused women entered the Kashewadi Police Chowki at around 7.30 pm and created a ruckus and roughed up the lady police constable on duty.

According to the Khadak police, the two women started screaming at the police constable and questioned her that why she has not taken action on their complaint, which was registered by them on Saturday. 

They started abusing her and attacked her. The police have registered a case under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code against the two women.
