Aniruddha emerge victorious

Pune: Aniruddha Potawad played a marvelous game in the last round - when it mattered the most - to score a win and also claimed the championship in the Late Bharatbai Halkude Memorial 2nd All India Open FIDE Rating below 1600 rating chess tournament at Ganesh Kala Krida Manch her on Monday.

Anirudhha showed his class and defeated Dipankar with ease in ninth round to claim the trophy. Rishi Kadam took second place while third best player of the trurnament was Satyam Praskash.
Totally, 824 players participated in the tournament.
