PUNE: Naaz FC rode on to Avin Shetty’s 37th minute goal to beat Akhil Bhusari Colony 1-0 in the Third Division match of the PDFA League at the Dobarwadi ground here on Monday.

In the first match of the day, Golden Feathers scored last minute goal to draw level with high-flying VOBA, who had begun aggressively with Geetu Bhagwani scoring the opener in the 12th minute. Golden Feathers equalised through Trevon Siasnon in the 31st, but VOBA went ahead once again when Rajan Ceialo found the back of the net in the 34th minute.

There was huge drama in the last five minutes before Aditya Chouhan grabbed the golden chance in the 48th minute helping Golden Feathers to draw level.
