PUNE: Two goals in the first 20 minutes helped Deccan XI to beat Shivneri 2-1 in the 22nd Late Kishorilal Pardeshi Football Tournament at Dobarwadi football ground on Thursday.

First it was Ninad A, who netted a goal in the 12th minute. Five minutes later, Sursut K scored the second goal to made it 2-0 for Deccan XI. 

RESULTS: Deccan XI 2 (Ninad A 12th, Susrut K 17th) bt Shivneri 1 (Arvind Thapa 50th).
Invader FC 2 (Aditya Vaidhya 42nd, Sudeep Shinde 48th) bt Sukhai FC 1 (Saurabh Pujari 13th).
Thundercatz 1 (Siddesh Kadam 44th) bt Highlander FC 1 (Karan Shah 14th). Tie Breaker 5-4.
