Dhunjibhoy elected as Chairman; Nagpal is Chairman of Stewards

PUNE: Khushroo Dhunjibhoy has been elected as the Chairman of the Royal Western India Turf Club (RWITC) in the first Annual General Body meeting which was held on Friday. 

Dhunjibhoy got 726 votes.Geoffrey Nagpal who got 726 votes was named as the Chairman of the Stewards.

Committee members:
Shyam Ruia (747 votes), Geoffrey Nagpal (726), Khushroo Dhunjibhoy (720), Gautam Lala (719),  Zinia Lawyer (718), Surendra Sanas (699), Sunil Jhangiani (630), Ram Shroff (627), Milan Luthria (617).

Board of Appeal results: Gulamhusein Vahanvaty (719 votes), Asif Lampwala 673, Byram Jeejeebhoy 605.
