Heavy downpour in Mumbai puts Pro Kabaddi on the mat

Mumbai: Heavy rains in Mumbai took tole on Pro Kabaddi League Season 5 as matches of the Day 4 at the NSCI Dome were postponed. 

“The match-ups between host U Mumba and Gujarat Fortunegiants and Bengaluru Bulls and UP Yoddha will now be rescheduled to a later date, as the teams were unable to reach the stadium on time,” the organisers said in a statement on Tuesday.

“The decision has been made in consultation with the franchises, Mashal Sports, Star India, AKFI and other key stakeholders,” it added.

The organisers are hoping that action will resume on scheduled timings on Wednesday wherein home team U Mumba will take on Haryana Steelers.

Ticket refund
For those who purchased tickets for Tuesday’s action,  refunds will be done at the NSCI Dome. One may even mail at help@insider.in or at care@paytm.com to exchange Tuesday’s tickets for the September 30 on a first come, first serve basis, or simple take refund.
