An inside look at KL Rahul's diet

Discussing his dietary approach, the cricketer explained that he prioritizes mindful eating over completely eliminating certain foods. He said he controls his portions and limits sugar intake, though he does not avoid it entirely.

Similarly, he reduces wheat consumption but occasionally enjoys foods like pizza. He maintains a daily calorie limit and accommodates cravings within that allowance, emphasizing his fondness for Indian cuisine.

Rahul shared insights into his daily eating habits, explaining what keeps him energized both on and off the field. He begins his mornings with a breakfast that balances comfort and nutrition. When at home in India, he often enjoys dosa alongside eggs or bhurji, typically having dosa about six days a week, paired with some form of egg preparation such as egg dosa or plain dosa with bhurji.
