Loyola play St Vincent’s in U-14 ZP football final

Pune: Loyola High School will take on St Vincent’s High School in the final of the Under-14 category of the Zilla Parishad football tournament being played at the PDFA football ground in Dobarwadi on Monday. 

In the semifinals Loyola High School beat The Bishop’s School, Camp 5-3 in the tie breaker. Aarav Daniel from Bishop’s scored in the third minute. Shlok Chaudhary from Loyola equalised in the 18th minute.

The score at regulation time read 1-1 which led to the tie-breaker in which Loyola High School walked home with the win. Shlok Chaudhary, Akshat Daad, Ravjyot Ahuwalia, Rajwardhan Patil scored for Loyola in the tie breaker while Aarav Daniel and Akshay Patil scored for Bishop’s.
