Pawar Public School clinch Pune leg title

PUNE: Boys from the Pawar Public School showed their class defeating Panditrao Agashe School 50-16 in the Pune leg final of the KBD juniors at the Balewadi Sports Complex, Badminton Hall.

Pawar Public School controlled the game right from the start and did not gave any chances to the Panditrao Agashe School boys.

Earlier in the the semifinals, Pawar Public School got better of JP Trusts Vidya Niketan 37-24 while Panditrao Agashe School got better of MES Boys High School 35-17.

The winners trophy was handed over by Puneri Paltan’s  Akshay Jadhav.

RESULTS: Final: Pawar Public School bt Panditrao Agashe School 50-16.

Semifinals: Pawar Public School bt JP Trusts Vidya Niketan 37-24;  Panditrao Agashe School bt MES Boys High School 35-17.

Quarterfinals: JP Trusts Vidya Niketan 25 bt The Bishops School, Camp 13; Pawar Public School bt Dr DY Patil Public School 28-11; Panditrao Agashe School bt Pune Police Public School 22-17; MES Boys High School bt Late Captain Shivrampant Damle Prashala 30-6.
