Rohini, Apoorva in Indian team for Jr Asian Judo

PUNE: Maharashtra players Rohini Mohite and Apoorva Patil have been selected for the Indian contingent for the Asia Cup Cadet and Juniors Judo Championship which is scheduled to be held at Macau from July 20.

Datta Aphale, General Secretary of Maharashtra Judo Association has been appointed as Referee for this Championship. Japan, China, Korea along with other Asian countries will be participating in this tournament.

Mohite who is a judo player of Maharashtra Government’s Prabodhini will be playing in the under 40 kg weight group and Patil from Thane will be competing in under 70 kg weight group.
