Symbiosis gets past Lexicon

Pune: Symbiosis High School defeated Lexicon High School 25-21,25-20 in the boys category of the Under-12 District Level Volleyball tournament being played at Millennium National School, Karvenagar here on Saturday.

Aadit Barecha, Anshul Bandavelkar and Soumitra Kakade from Symbiosis displayed a good game as they helped their team register the victory.

In another action, BVB ‘A’ defeated Abhinav ‘B’ 25-27, 25-21, 15-11 while Lexicon ‘A’ got the better of Kalmadi ‘B’ 25-11, 20-25, 16-14 to advance further.

Also registering a win was, Sarhad who defeated Pawar Public School 25-20,25-14 while ABSF ‘A’ defeated Lexicon ‘A’25-12, 25-16.

In the girls matches, Millennium National School ‘C’ defeated Blue Ridge 25-5,25-3 while MASA ‘B’ got the better of Blue Ridge ‘A’ 25-5,25-4.

Meanwhile Millennium ‘A’ had an easy outing as they defeated Kalmadi ‘C’ 25-3,2 5-1 while MASA ‘B’ displayed a good game and went on to defeat Kalmadi ‘A’ 25-10 , 25-13.
