Vikhe Patil Memorial School archers shine in CBSE meet

PUNE: Vikhe Patil Memorial School, Lohegaon archers put on a good show as they achieved the overall first rank in the Under-14 Recurve Age Category of the CBSE South Zone Archery tournament which took place at Oxford International School, Wadi Bk in Nanded from September 20 to 23.

Vikhe Patil Memorial School, Lohegaon fielded a full team of four boys and four girls in the event. 

Vanshi Kadvani achieved Rank 1 while Prachi Chaterjee achieved Rank 4.

The girls recurve team won the gold clinching Rank 1 while the boys recurve team walked home with the bronze settling on Rank 3.

The mix team which included Vanshi Kadvani and Harsh Kolhe won a gold.

Vanshi Kadvani,  Prachi Chaterjee, Anaya Ingle, Aastha Mahajan and Harsh Kolhe have been selected to represent the south zone at the CBSE National Archery Championships.
