Vivo is gearing up to expand its T-series lineup in India, and the spotlight is now on the upcoming Vivo T5 Pro 5G. The company has officially confirmed the device’s arrival, hinting at a successor to last year’s Vivo T4 Pro 5G, while keeping the exact launch date under wraps. As anticipation builds, Vivo has started dropping early teasers, offering a glimpse into what the new smartphone could bring to the table. Here’s everything we know so far.

Vivo is positioning its latest T-series smartphone as a standout offering, claiming it will be the slimmest device to pack a massive 9,020mAh battery.

Key Highlights:

  • Slim form factor despite a large 9,020mAh battery

  • Support for up to 120fps gaming to deliver a smooth gaming experience

  • Expected dual-camera setup

  • Power button and volume controls on the left side

  • Speaker grille and USB Type-C port included

On the hardware front, the Vivo T5 Pro 5G is likely to sport a 6.8-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with support for a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, positioning it as a strong contender in the mid-premium segment.

On Friday, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer announced via social media that the new Vivo T5 Pro 5G will launch in India soon. The company also disclosed that a dedicated microsite for the device is now live on Walmart-owned Flipkart, confirming that it will be available in the country through the e-commerce platform.

While Vivo has yet to reveal an official launch date for the T5 Pro 5G, leaks indicate that the smartphone could debut in India by mid-April. The device is expected to be priced in the Rs 30,000 to Rs 35,000 range and may be offered in Glacier Blue and Cosmic Black colour options.
