The video, posted to her Instagram account, shows Umanga's day starting around 9:30 am with the everyday dilemma of picking an outfit for the office, followed by a gym session that includes treadmill work and stretching before she even opens her laptop. It's a far cry from the gowns and tiaras associated with pageant life, and that contrast is exactly what appears to have struck a chord with viewers.
By early afternoon, Umanga settles into work, and her video also offers a peek at Google's office cafeteria spread, which included biryani and dessert, though she chose a simpler meal of noodle soup and greens instead. Her day wraps up around 5:30 pm with tea, closing out what she frames as an unremarkable, glitz-free workday.
Kumawat studied at St Joseph's Senior Secondary School in Bhopal before completing a master's in Computer Networking at ABV-IIITM, Gwalior, credentials that now sit alongside her national pageant profile. At the August 23 finale, Kaziah Liz Mejo of Kerala was crowned the winner, but Umanga's post-pageant routine has drawn its own share of attention.
