
Pune: Kavya Sandeep Shah (Boralkar), a young girl originally from Baramati and now studying in the United States, has brought pride to India by performing the national anthem, "Jana Gana Mana," along with "Vande Mataram" on the violin during a school concert in Salt Lake City.
Kavya, a seventh-grade student in the U.S., has been living there for the past five years and has developed a deep interest in playing the violin.
During a concert held on March 20th, she performed the Indian National Anthem as part of her school’s orchestra.
Notably, she led a group of three Indian and 31 American students in the violin rendition, receiving immense appreciation from the audience.
Her performance not only showcased her musical talent but also served as a tribute to India's rich cultural heritage on an international platform.
