MahaRERA Exam Results Out: SIILC-Trained Praveen Kamble Tops Maharashtra with 98%

Pune: The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) has officially declared the results of the sixth phase of the MahaRERA competency certification exam.

This examination is a mandatory requirement for real estate agents across the state to continue their professional practice. The results were published on the MahaRERA website.

The exam was conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) on January 4, 2025. A total of 7,624 candidates appeared for the examination, out of which 6,755 successfully passed.

Since January 10, 2023, MahaRERA has made it compulsory for all real estate agents in Maharashtra to obtain a competency certification in order to conduct business legally. The certification process includes completing training at an accredited institution followed by successfully passing the IBPS-conducted examination.

The Sakal Media Group's skill development institute, SIILC (Sakal International Institute of Learning & Consultancy), is one of the authorized training institutes recognized by MahaRERA. SIILC has played a significant role in preparing real estate professionals for this exam and has trained over 15,000 agents so far.

Praveen Kamble Tops Maharashtra with 98%

In this phase of the MahaRERA exam, Praveen Kamble has emerged as the state topper, scoring an impressive 98%. Kamble had completed his training at SIILC before attempting the exam.
