Despite this, the seminar proceeded under the leadership of National Women’s Wing President Fauzia Khan, former MLA Vidya Chavan, and city president Prashant Jagtap, among others. Speakers at the seminar emphasized the party's stance that EVM tampering is a reality and announced plans to conduct similar demonstrations across the state to raise public awareness.

Party leaders further stated that their efforts were not limited to addressing their defeat but aimed at preventing similar incidents for others. It was also disclosed that defeated candidates from the party would be filing legal petitions to contest the election outcomes.
