On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaged in discussions with Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Oman and Kuwait's Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, following his talks with the leaders of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Jordan the previous day.

The conversation with Middle Eastern leaders occurs amid the escalating conflict between Iran and the US, which has extended across the region, leading to airspace closures and posing threats to oil supplies and energy infrastructure.

In a phone call with the two leaders, PM Modi voiced his worries about the assaults in the Gulf nations and talked about the safety of the Indian community living there.

The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) voiced serious concern earlier today about the swiftly worsening situation in Iran and the Gulf region after the conflict erupted.

The Ministry of External Affairs also stated that ensuring the safety and welfare of approximately ten million Indian citizens in the Middle East is a significant concern.

On Monday, Prime Minister Modi engaged in discussions with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Bahrain's King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, expressing support for the reestablishment of peace and stability in the area. He also stated that India denounces the assaults on both nations.

The Prime Minister stated that he and Prince Mohammed bin Salman concurred on the critical importance of swiftly restoring peace and stability in the region. He also expressed gratitude to the Saudi Crown Prince for his care towards the Indian community during these challenging times.
