Pune: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has finalized 1,015 eligible beneficiaries in its latest housing lottery for 1,337 remaining flats. Selected applicants must confirm acceptance or surrender their allotted flats by February 25 through their official login accounts. PMRDA has urged beneficiaries to make timely payments to secure their housing units.
Once a flat is accepted, a provisional allotment letter will be issued, and the first installment (25% of the total amount) must be paid within 45 days. If this deadline is missed, a 15-day grace period will be granted with interest charged as per SBI’s MCLR rate. Failure to complete the first installment payment within this period will lead to automatic cancellation without prior notice.
For the remaining 75% of the amount, applicants must pay within the next 60 days. If the full payment is not completed within 105 days, an additional extension of up to 90 days may be granted, subject to MCLR-based interest charges. Applicants who wish to pay the entire amount in one go can do so via an online payment link provided by PMRDA.
