Pune Airport will shift all flight operations to the new passenger terminal starting March 5, while the old terminal will be closed for renovation from March 6. The revamp is expected to take around eight months, during which the facility will be upgraded to enhance passenger experience and increase the airport’s handling capacity.

Currently, 16 flights depart and 16 flights arrive at the old terminal daily, making a total of 32 flight movements. These flights will now be managed at the new terminal, which had already started handling international operations in December 2024.
