Pune: In view of the Mahashivratri celebrations at Punyeshwar Temple, a significant crowd of devotees is expected to gather in the central Pune area. To ensure smooth traffic flow, Pune Traffic Police have announced restrictions on Wednesday, February 26.
The Punyeshwar Road to Agarwal Road will be closed for vehicular movement from 6 AM to midnight. Commuters are advised to follow the alternative routes suggested by the authorities.

Take the route via Kumbharves Chowk → Gadgil Statue Chowk → Jijamata Chowk → Ganesh Road → Destination.
For vehicles traveling from Surya Hospital via Pavale Chowk to Agarwal Road
Suggested route: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Road → Jijamata Chowk → Left at Ganesh Road → Destination.
For commuters from Phadke Haud Chowk to Kumbharves Chowk
Follow this route: Jijamata Chowk → Futka Buruj → Bajirao Road → Gadgil Statue → Destination.
For vehicles from Kamala Nehru Hospital to Agarwal Road
Use the route via Daruwala Bridge → Devjibaba Chowk → Phadke Haud Chowk → Destination.
